Q. What's your main business line?

We're focusing supplying OEM air circuit breakers and power contactors that's mainly used on Renewable Energy, Oil&Gas, Minning,Marine and Power plant etc.

Q. What you provided are Genuine original brand?

Yeah, we definitely supply the original brands unless we exactly mentioned it's a replacement product. Sometimes the original products are discontinued.

Q. Could I get  a  sample before placing bulk order?

Yeah, you can get a sample for reference as a wholesaler or importer, but we have to charge the sample cost and air freight.

Q. Do you have a MOQ demand?

Usually we don't have a MOQ requirement, but you may get better price for a bit more qtys.

Q. What's your lead time?

Usually it's 2-4weeks for those products not in stock. Special products may require more time.

Q. How do you ship the goods out?

Usually we ship the goods according to customer's demand, there are sea shipping and air shipping.

Q. Could you ship the goods to the door?

We can send the goods to customer's door through our forwarder, that means our customers don't need to do anything except for receiving goods.

Q. What's your payment term?

Usually our payment term is 30% T/T in addvance, and balance before shipment.

Q. Could I get a warranty for your products?

All products will be guaranteed by OEM companies upon their standard service policy.

Q. Could you provide discontinued products?

In fact, supplying discontinued products to our customers is our current main business, we provide two solutions: we can negotiate with OEM company to produce the discontinued products as spare parts to customer, or we can find a replacement parts from market.

Q. What's your work schedule?
